SPARK - A New Worship Experience
What do you look for in community?
Where do you feel like you belong, just the way you are?
Can the church be one of those places?
Help us make SPARK that kind of place! Join us for a new Saturday worship experience starting September 14 at 5:00pm. We will gather for dinner, conversation, and a brief time of worship. When weather permits, we will meet outside around a relaxed campfire (s’mores included). SPARK happens the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month.
Currently our conversation is around the topic of community.
The Vanco Mobile app is the app of choice for Prince of Peace's eGiving provider. You can download the Vanco Mobile app for free from the App Store or Google Play. From there, you can make a one-time donation or set up recurring giving right through the app. Just select your fund and amount, enter a payment method and complete the donation.
If you have questions or need assistance with our mobile app, please call the church office or contact Laurel Catellier.
We are pleased to announce the installation of a “Little Food Pantry” to serve area
residents. The pantry is stocked with non-perishable items and will be restocked on a regular basis.
The pantry is available for all who may be in need of the items. There are no eligibility requirements and no set number of times someone may use the pantry. We count on the users to be respectful of the resources and we ask that no more than half the items be taken so that there is something for the next person.
The Pantry is available 24/7/365 and may be found in the parking lot of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, on 4 Northcrest Dr. (opposite the intersection of Moe Rd. and Rte.146.
Donors may leave non-perishable items in the pantry. If you bring donations during business hours please bring them into the office.
The pantry was built by Jakob Quail as a Boy Scout project and its construction was funded by a grant from the Grace Endowment Fund.
We hope this pantry is a blessing to the community.
